There will be 2 options.
You CAN'T change the pose of Small Icon.
Simple Headshot WON'T be rendered (sketchy).

The final product will be in digital. This is still an ongoing idea with no digital sample.

Terms of Service

GENERAL

IT IS OK TOPLEASE DO NOT
- Repost the artwork on sosial media with credit.
- Use the artwork for profile pictures on social media.
- Use the artwork in any form (prints, etc) as long as it is for personal use.		- Use the artwork for gaining profit/AI/NFTs.
- Claim full credit for the artwork.
- Remove my watermark.

  • For commercial use, you are allowed to use the artwork for promotional purposes and merchandise.

  • I have the right to refuse the commission that I am not comfortable with drawing.

  • The final product will be send to you via email with the file extension of PNG.
    Please let me know if you want a different type of file extensions.

  • My usual canvas size is :
    2160px x 2700px, 300 DPI
    2160px x 2160px, 300 DPI
    Please let me know if you want a specific canvas size.

  • The estimated waiting time is 1 - 5 weeks, depends on how busy I am and how many commissions are in queue. Please do NOT rush me unless you have requested for a deadline.

  • I am allowed to use the artwork for my portfolio/samples.

  • You may request that I do not post WIPs nor post the finished piece on social media.

  • You can ask me for WIPs anytime, but do not overdo it.

  • I will send you updates regarding my process.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is in USD via PayPal or Ko-fi.

  • It is recommended to pay upfront.

  • If the invoice has not been paid within 48 hours after it has been sent, the commission will be cancelled (unless a delay is discussed beforehand).

REFUNDS

  • A full refund will be given if the commission is cancelled before the sketch is approved OR if I haven't started the commission.

  • If you paid upfront and I have completed the sketch, I will refund you 50% of the fee.

  • There will be NO refund once I have started/finished the rendering process.


    Please note that the refund does not include PayPal's transactional fee.

REVISIONS

  • There will be maximum FREE 3 revisions.

  • Additional fee will be charged if you requested for more.
    (+10% of total price for each revision)

  • I WILL NOT accept any revision once I have started the rendering process.
